The Admin Business Partner role is to perform duties under the direction of management to ensure that the center can achieve its overall objectives, meet agreed deadlines and maintain an efficient organization.Â
Responsibilities
- Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
- Executes all activities related to setting up large, off-site meetings and events
- Order & keep inventory of the supplies
- Book travel arrangements
- Act as point of contact for internal & external clients
- Procurement responsibilities
- Support your leaders in maintaining relationships with key people to ensure progression in communications and to surface and pursue opportunities for collaborationÂ
- Embrace the culture, values, and goals of your leaders when engaging with internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with special projects as neededÂ
- Recognize operational weaknesses and help sharpen processes or develop new ones
- Collaborate with other members of the admin team to provide seamless support for the company.
- Follow-up for completion of AIs
- Maintains professional and technical knowledgeÂ
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in Administrative role, Site Admin, Executive Assistant role
- Knowledge of Google Docs, Sheets, GMail, Calendar
- High attention to details and problem solving skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitaskÂ
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and stakeholder management at multiple levels
