To be successful in this role you will:
- Have 7 years of relevant experience in Computing, Science or Engineering fields and a Bachelor's degree or its equivalent
- Have experience working in account management, customer success, or consulting services in a technical environment
- Demonstrate experience of delivering large technical customer projects successfully with a focus on customer retention and growth
- Be knowledgeable on such technologies as HTTPS, DNS, DevOps, Web Development, Web Performance, and Information Security Technologies
- Demonstrate good written, verbal and presentation skills including communicating complex technical content to a range of audiences
- Be knowledgeable of online streaming technologies and platforms
